Microwave Heating Instructions:
Heat the gel pack in the microwave for 30 seconds. (Adjunt heating time based on your microwave’s wattage see below)
Remove and test the temperature against your skin, Massage the pack to spread the heat evenly
If it’s not hot enough, hest in 10-second increments until desired temperature is reached,
