1. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible items. Please ensure that your return request is submitted within this period.
2. Eligible Items for Return
2.1 Unused Items: All items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all original tags and accessories.
2.2 Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a manufacturing defect, it can be returned even if it has been used.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Used Towels: Due to hygiene reasons, towels cannot be returned if they have been used, unless a compelling manufacturing defect is present.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Log in to your CLEVEREE account.
2. Go to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
3. Request a return and state the reason for your return.
Once your request is approved, follow the instructions provided to send back the item.
5. Refunds
– Refunds will be processed 2-3 days after we receive your returned item and confirm its condition.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
6. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders and returns within the UAE.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
8. International Returns
Currently, we do not offer international shipping or returns. This policy applies only to customers within the UAE.
