Refund policy

At CLEVEREE, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Window

You have 25 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any eligible items.

Eligible Items

All items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all original tags and accessories. Items with manufacturing defects can be returned even if used. Due to hygiene reasons, used towels cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

Email Feedback@cleveree.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and your reason for the return. For a manufacturing defect, include a description and photos of the issue. Once approved, follow the instructions provided by our team to send back the item.

Refunds

Refunds are processed 2-3 working days after we receive and confirm the condition of your returned item, and issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free within the UAE. Delivery within the UAE is always free.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

International Returns

This return policy applies to customers within the UAE. For an order delivered outside the UAE, contact our team for assistance.
